AFD has developed innovative green investments through environmental credit lines for local financial institutions under SUNREF Program which includes technical assistance, premium investments (grants) and credit lines (i.e. loans) to local financial institutions for them to finance small and medium size projects of public and private promoters. AFD has requested the Consultant to provide supports in the role of the Verification Consultant (VC) is to ensure that the objectives of the credit facility are met by: 1) Checking and confirming that Sub-projects have been completed in accordance with the relevant investment plans and are on track to achieve the planned objectives and targets. VC satisfactory reports on implementation of investments will be a prerequisite to the disbursement of the Investment Grant; 2) Monitoring the projects and capitalizing the results of the program
