Consultancy services for assessment, development and design a real-estate project located in the northern district of Ramallah governorate with a strategic location standing between three major cities on the west bank .The scope of work included: Data Collection and field visits, Assessment and analysis (including sectoral assessments for different Sectors: Housing, Population, Transportation, Economy, Infrastructure…..etc), Preparation of SWOT analysis, and development goals, Strategic Development Framework for spatial development, land use plans, zoning regulations.
