Preparing Master Plans for South Nablus Joint Planning Area ( Yatma,As-Sawiya, Al Lubban Ash Sharqi and A’mmuriya)

The scope of work included the preparation of spatial development plans for this area, this includes the following: This included: Data Collection and field visits, Assessment and analysis (including sectoral assessments for different Sectors: Housing, Population, Transportation, Economy, Infrastructure…..etc), Preparation of SWOT analysis, and development goals, Strategic Development Framework for spatial development, land use plans, zoning regulations.
